为探究中药复方多糖对鸡新城疫抗体含量、T 淋巴细胞转化率及 IgG、IgM 含量的影响,本研究将 200 羽黄麻肉鸡
分成高、中、低剂量组和空白对照组,每组 50 羽,于 7、28 日龄进行新城疫疫苗免疫;各试验组鸡于 8 日龄分别肌肉注射
不同剂量纯化中药复方多糖,连续 7 d;采集 21、42、56、70 日龄鸡外周血,ELISA 法检测血清中新城疫抗体、IgG 和 IgM 含
量,MTT 法测定 T 淋巴细胞转化率。结果显示:与空白对照组相比,各试验组鸡新城疫抗体含量、T 淋巴细胞转化率及
IgG、IgM 的含量均有显著的提高(P<0.05);中剂量组免疫增强效果显著高于高剂量组和低剂量组 (P<0.05),高剂量组免疫
增强效果高于低剂量组。由此可见,中剂量多糖免疫增强作用优于高剂量和低剂量,为增强免疫作用的最佳浓度。
Abstract
To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine compound polysaccharide on Newcastle Disease (ND) antibody
content, T lymphocyte transformation rate and IgG, IgM content. 200 HuangMa chickens randomly divided into high does group,
middle does group, low does group and control group. Each group was vaccinated with NDV at age of 7 and 28 days old
respectively. Each experimental group intramuscular injection of three different purified polysaccharide traditional Chinese
medicine at 8- day- old, for 7 consecutive days. Detected 21, 42, 56, 70- day- old chicken serums Newcastle Disease antibody
content and IgG, IgM content by ELISA, detected T lymphocyte transformation rate by MTT. The results showed that the
experimental groups Newcastle Disease antibody content, T lymphocyte transformation rate and IgG, IgM content was significantly
improved, which compared with the control group (P<0.05). The middle dose group was significantly higher than that of high
dose group and low dose group (P<0.05), and high dose group higher than the low dose group. It is showed that the best
immune enhancing effect is the median concentrations of polysaccharide
